Yesterday Mark Harries and I toured the site again to see the progress and it is truly awesome! These buildings are being built so nicely with insulated walls and rounded window edges. VIP Construction Site Tour

Today we were able to take a special tour of the construction site to get a personal first look at the progress of the property. With builders working throughout the project, the tour was really great to gain perspective on exactly how the apartments will be set up. We are so excited about Campanile Court and visiting the site just built further upon our enthusiasm. To see where balconies and skylights will be, just adds more character to the property. Plus our rooftop deck is going to be phenomenal and loved by residents as a great hang out area with gorgeous views of Oakland, the Bay and all of Berkeley.

Construction Updates

Construction on the 1122 University Ave location is up and running. This week, construction workers are busy finishing frame work for the upcoming property. Since there are 1, 2, 3 and 5 bedroom units, the workers have lots of floor plans to work on. These are photos from the week of September 17th.

Meet Our Staff - Marianne

Included in our staff is Marianne who is from LA originally. While here at Berkeley, she has been studying Social Welfare and is currently a Junior. Marianne wants to become a social worker focusing on child welfare when she leaves Berkeley. At Campanile Court, her favorite thing is the friendly and supportive work atmosphere. One day, during her sophomore year, Marianne was walking around campus heading to class and just had a "Wow" moment and just really began appreciating that she goes to such a great school.

Meet Our Staff - Tara

Tara calls Sacramento home but is in Berkeley as a Senior in Mass Communications plus Minoring in Theater. When she graduates, Tara wants to move to LA and film or television acting. She likes the trust given to her as a Marketing Assistant for Campanile Court, plus the chance to with in real estate. Her favorite memory at Berkeley was when all of her closest friends from home came to see her first professional theater. This California girl was born in Croatia where she lived until she was 4, then lived in Italy for 6 years before settling in the Bay Area.

Jordan is a new marketing assistant at our temporary leasing office. He's from Diamond Bar, CA and is a statistics and MCB junior at Cal. When Jordan graduates, he wants to travel the world and experience different cultures. So far, his favorite thing about Campanile Court is the awesome management. While at Cal, he favorite memories include biking on Grizzly Peak Blvd. Something interesting about him is that he is in a swing dance troupe. Who'd have thought?
